The Indiana Laborer's Training Trust Fund was established in April 1968 through collective bargaining initiated by the State of Indiana District Council, Laborers' International Union of North America and Contractor Association representatives.

The purpose of the fund is to provide training for laborers employed in the construction industry to upgrade their skills and to provide trained new entry workers for the industry.
