CONTRIBUTING EMPLOYERS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. I am out of remittance forms.  How can I get a supply?   2. I have questions about the appropriate contribution rates.  How can I get help?   3. I need help with jurisdictional questions, work classifications, correct wage rates or other provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreements.  Who should I contact?   4.
